Completely renovated in 2015, all Junior Suites, One Bedroom Suites and Honeymoon Villa Suites at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa property received new room furnishings and fittings, updated décor, new bedding and completely refurbished bathrooms. The rooms have been designed and refurbished in line with the decidedly neoclassical style of the complex and with the colonial air that prevails throughout this Caribbean resort, which has such a strong British influence because of the country's history. The new upgrades feature cheerful Caribbean touches and luxurious décor.

A la carte Indian restaurant, Bhogali, underwent a full renovation and had a grand opening in December 2015. The newly finished restaurant features authentic Indian dishes such as a chicken tikka skewer appetizer, tomato coriander shorba soup (Indian tomato soup), naan and chapati breads, a spicy slow cooked lamb curry, and rich cardamom flavored bread pudding for dessert, to name a few. The restaurant also offers special gluten-free and vegetarian menu options to guests with dietary restrictions.
